In 1996, Yang’s introduced two most advanced orange wax-polishing production lines from Australia with over RMB 10millions and established its orange wax-polishing packing factory in Guangxi, which changed its single distribution situation.  

In 1999, Yang’s established its 133,333sq.m headquarters---Guangdong Yang’s South & North Fresh Fruits Co., Ltd (the current Zhongshan Yang’s South & North Fresh Fruits Co., Ltd) with over RMB 20millions in Shaxi of Guangdong province and became the industrial leader.

In 2000, Yang’s established private auto team with several millions Yuan. In 2003, Yang’s purchased several tens of lengthened container trucks and established its own transporting auto team and repair factory, which improved its transporting and quick reaction capability, and formed the industrial pattern integrating planting, purchasing, packing, transporting and sale.

In 2001, Yang’s bought a land of more than 1, 333,333sq.m and established Orange Agricultural Standardized Demonstration Park with investment of over RMB 10millions in Nanlang town. It adopts intelligent spray water-saving irrigation and computer remote control and can adjust spray time and quantity automatically in accordance with soil humidity. In addition, Yang’s purchased a land of over 133,333sq.m in Shaxi in 2002 for headquarters construction and orange factory extension.  

In 2002, Yang’s imported two most advanced FOMESA automatic max-polishing-rating-packing equipments from Spain with over RMB 20millions, added semi-automatic carton packing production flow according to their own needs and completed related accelerating and cooling facilities.    

In 2003, Yang’s held “China Orange Annual Meeting” and “The 2003 China Orange Annual Meeting & Orange Products International Forum. This is the first time that an industrial meeting held by only one enterprise in the history of China Orange Academy. In the meeting, the attendants discussed industrial developmental direction and communicated technologies and experiences. It fully showed the approval of Yang’s industrial position and affirmed Yang’s contributions for China orange industry. More than one thousand people, including leaders of Ministry of Agriculture, provinces and cities, experts, scholars, etc., attended this meeting. It had promoted the communication and industrial development and played a favorable effect. Meantime, Yang’s sponsors “Yang’s Cup” Orange Academic Thesis Evaluation of China Orange Academy and awards the writers of excellent thesis every year, which has promoted the improvement of orange industrial theory and made great contribution to China orange industry.  

In 2004, Yang’s purchased a land of 188,666sqm in Ganzhou of Jiangxi in response to the strategic call of “Walkout” issued by Zhang Dejiang, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee on “9+2” Strategic Development Meeting. Yang’s planed to build the first-class fruit processing packing factory with RMB 200millions in Asian Pacific region. Yang’s has established Jiangxi Yang’s South & North Fresh Fruits Co., Ltd. Its first stage project was invested RMB 50millions and has been put into production. It becomes the headquarters of Yang’s Group in Jiangxi, Guangdong and Fujian as well as the largest orange packing base in China.  

In 2004, Yang’s established Guangzhou Jiangnan Yang’s Trade Company in Jiangnan Fruit Wholesale Market of Guangzhou. This company is its major channel for communication with domestic and foreign trade partners as well as a center for exploring international markets covering Southeast Asia, Europe and Amerca.

In 2005, Yang’s established Zheijiang Jiaxing Yang’s Trade Company in Jiaxing of Zhejiang as the primary link in South China, expanding to Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou, etc.

In 2006, Yang’s signed with Zhongxin Town Government of Heyuan on “Pearl River Delta & Mountain Area Economic Technological Fair” of Guangdong to buy a land of 400,000sq.m  for the construction of Yang’s Processing Headquarters and contract about a forest land of 12,000,000sq.m for Yang’s orange planting. Yang’s intends to invest RMB 500millions within 5 years in building a international famous agricultural group, brings the advantages of fruit industrial management in the past 20 years, takes the industrial capital and advantages of Yang’s as the base and drives the development of related industries relying on fruit industry.
